ON-SITE PROGRAM
FACE-TO-FACE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Offered in the following Grade Levels for SY2025-2026

• Nursery, Junior Kinder, Senior Kinder

• Grade 1-6

• Grade 7-10

Step 1 – Go to GFA L. Wood Campus Admissions Office during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM to 3PM, excluding holidays)

Step 2 – Fill out the Enrollment Form and bring a copy of the student's Birth Certificate and School ID or Valid ID (if applicable) to the Verification Counter.

Step 3 – Pay the Assessment Fee in the Cashier.

Step 4 - After payment, the student can directly take the Assessment for Math and Reading on the same day or ask to be scheduled on another date.

Step 5 – If the student Passed the Assessment, they can continue their enrollment by paying the Registration Fee or the Full Tuition Fee at the Cashier. School uniforms and Books can also be purchased at the GFA Store.

Step 6 – Access your GFA GEESCHOOL account using your new GFA Gmail Account included in the email.

STEP 7 - Complete the Requirements Checklist and submit the needed documents on the designated schedule.

ONLINE PROGRAM
ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Step 1 – Fill out the BE Enrollment Form A3.

Step 2 – Wait for the Registration Confirmation Email within three working days.

Step 3 – Pay the Online Assessment Fee using the payment link provided in the confirmation email.

Step 4 – After payment, wait for three working days to receive a confirmation email with the schedule and details of the student's Online Assessment in Math and Reading.

Step 5 – If the student passes the online assessment, they can proceed with enrollment by paying the Registration Fee or the Full Tuition Fee.

Step 6 – Access your GFA GEESCHOOL account using the new GFA Gmail Account provided in the email.

Step 7 – Complete the Requirements Checklist and submit the necessary documents on the designated schedule.
